Do you originate loans for groups of investors or business entities?

Yes we work with partnerships, joint ventures, syndicates, corporations, LLC's and other business entities that pool their capital resources and "know-how" together to invest in real estate.

Can you do a loan for my personal home?

No, we do not originate loan for owner occupied personal residence. The property must have a business purpose.

Do you originate loans for commercial properties?

Yes, we originate loans for investors and business owners who want to acquire, refinance, or construct commercial properties such as office condos, day care centers, apartment complexes, warehouses, strip malls, auto repair shops, and many other types of commercial properties.

Do you originate loans for business occupied properties?

Yes, we have several options for business owner who want to acquire, refinance, and construct commercial properties for their business use. These options range from SBA loans, non bank commercial loans, and hard money loans for special situations and circumstance.

What type of lenders do you work with?

We work with all types of lenders such as traditional banks, SBA lenders, private lenders, specialty lenders, and even hard money lenders. However, most of our loans are sourced from "non bank" private lenders who have more flexibility and options  to fund loans.

Do you originate construction loans?

Yes, we can originate many types construction loans such as ground up construction loan  for 1 to 4 unit residential properties to sell, as well as, construction loans for commercial properties, apartment complexes, and large real estate development projects.

What type of properties do you originate loans for?

We works with all types of properties from 1 to 4 residential rentals, short term vacation homes, apartment complexes, mixed use properties, retail properties, office condos, and commercial properties.

We are a mortgage brokerage company where the principle has over 25 years of mortgage loan origination, banking, and financial services experience. We work with a network of private lenders, balance sheet lenders, correspondence lenders, banks, and hard money lenders.

What are the minimum and maximum loan size your originate?

Are minimum loan size is $100,000 though many lending sources we work with may have larger loan minimums. Though there are technically no maximum size loans, we work comfortable with loan request up to $20 million.
